Mr. Wayne Winston, CEO/Manager of Non-Stop Production, a multimedia, talent development program for youth. He is also an entrepreneur, recording artist, and head photographer for the organization

He has been a photographer since 1981.  With over 35 years of experience, his work includes concerts, weddings, and mentoring young aspiring artists who are interesting in developing portfolios for careers in modeling, acting, and music.
